How much do you charge?

• $60 assessment fee for diagnosing a computer at our location
• $120/hour for Mac service and repairs
• $120/hour for on-site residential support, one-on-one training, and corporate training
• A one-hour minimum charge applies to on-site appointments

Any additional travel charges will be confirmed before booking.

Where do you provide service?

We primarily serve the Parksville and Qualicum Beach area, with service also available in surrounding communities including North Qualicum, Nanaimo, and Port Alberni.

Additional travel charges may apply for appointments outside our regular service area. We’ll confirm any extra costs before booking.

Do you provide group training sessions?

Yes. We can provide training for individuals, small groups, and larger organizations.

Dan regularly presents to local Apple users and has extensive experience teaching groups of different sizes and skill levels.

For many new users, however, smaller sessions of three or four people can work especially well. They allow more time for individual questions and hands-on help with each person’s devices.
