Dan has been an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician since 2008 and has spent years providing Mac support, repairs and one-on-one training throughout the area. He also teaches Apple and Mac courses through the McMillan Arts Centre, helping local users build confidence with their technology in a relaxed classroom setting.

Robert brings professional Mac experience dating back to 1996, along with extensive IT, networking and business technology experience.

Together, we can deal with everything from teaching someone how to organize their Photos library to sorting out a complicated Mac, network or business technology problem.

Travel Area & Fees

On-site service within our core service area, roughly Lantzville through Bowser and Deep Bay, is generally covered by our standard service rates.
Travel charges may apply outside this area, depending on distance and travel time.

We specialize in Apple and Mac environments rather than trying to be a general-purpose computer shop. That focus lets us provide experienced, personal support for the technology we know best.
